7. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

If a dispute arising from a consumer contract cannot be settled, we will inform the consumer in text form of the competent consumer arbitration board and whether we are willing or obliged to participate (Section 37 VSBG).

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. No link to that platform is therefore provided.
