Subscription & seconds budget

Every plan includes a monthly seconds budget for videos (Starter 120 s, Business 300 s, Pro 600 s). Every paid video is delivered in 1080p and consumes exactly its length. Deduction at generation start, automatic refund on failure, no rollover, yearly −20%. 3D views are never part of a plan — they run on separate 3D credits.

Understanding the seconds budget

Cinemura doesn't bill in “credits” but in what you actually get: seconds of generated video. A 12-second video costs 12 seconds of budget — transparent, no conversion table.

Deduction
When a generation starts, the chosen number of seconds is reserved and deducted.
Refund
If a generation fails technically, the seconds are refunded automatically and in full.
Rollover
Unused seconds expire at the end of the billing month — there is no carry-over.
Refining
Costs the full chosen number of seconds again — it is a full new generation.
Length cap
The selectable length is limited by remaining budget and plan cap (Starter max. 15 s, Business and Pro max. 30 s per video).

All prices are on the pricing page — including VAT, monthly or yearly with a 20% discount. Paid videos render without a watermark; free-tier videos in 720p with a watermark. 3D views are included in no plan — they are paid via separate 3D credits (see the “3D views” chapter).

Full HD and model choice

Every paid video is generated in 1080p and delivered without a watermark. It uses H.264 High Profile at a 12 Mbit/s target bitrate and up to 16 Mbit/s peak. A 10-second video consumes exactly 10 seconds of budget. The free tier remains 720p with a watermark.

Cinemura Standard (default)
Fluid motion and dependable fidelity. Handles up to 10 reference photos. Up to 10 reference photos, 4–30 s, formats 16:9, 9:16, 1:1.
Cinemura Premium
Highest fidelity and whole property galleries: up to 30 reference photos and the 21:9 widescreen format. Included in the Pro plan. Up to 30 reference photos, 4–30 s, formats 16:9, 9:16, 21:9, 1:1. Only on the Pro plan, with its own pot of 30 s per month — it does not touch the regular budget.

Seconds packs: prepay, never expires

If the monthly budget isn't enough, you buy seconds in advance. Purchased seconds never expire — not even at the end of the month — and are consumed only after the monthly budget is used up.

Retention of your content

Active subscription
Generations and reference media remain available indefinitely.
After subscription ends
90 days of retention; you receive a warning email 7 days before deletion.
Free tier
30 days of retention.
