FAQ

The most common questions about Cinemura in short form: what the AI does with your photos, what it costs, who owns the videos, and how long they are stored. Every answer starts with the core — details live in the linked chapters.

What exactly does Cinemura do with my photos?

Cinemura uses AI to generate a cinematic video of 4 to 30 seconds from your own photos or video clips of a property — one continuous camera move based on a selectable camera-move template. From several photos it can also reconstruct an interactive, rotatable 3D exterior view.

Do I need professional photos, a drone, or a videographer?

No. Good smartphone photos are enough as reference material. The better your photos' light, sharpness, and angles, the better the result — no drone or professional gear required.

Can I try Cinemura for free?

Yes. Every registered account can generate one video of up to 10 seconds in 720p — free of charge, with a watermark. Paid videos render in 1080p without a watermark.

What if I don't like the result?

You can refine: re-generate the same job — the chosen template stays the base, and you describe in your own words what should change. A refinement is a full generation in budget terms and costs the chosen number of seconds again. If a generation fails technically, the seconds are refunded automatically and in full.

How does the seconds budget work?

Each plan includes a monthly quota of video seconds (Starter 150 s, Business 600 s, Pro 1800 s). Seconds are deducted when a generation starts; unused seconds expire at the end of the billing month (no rollover).

Who owns the generated videos?

You do. You upload your own photos and use the generated videos and 3D views for your listing, portal ad, or social media. Every generation is AI-generated content and is labeled as such under the EU AI Act (Art. 50).

How long are my videos stored?

Indefinitely while your subscription is active. After it ends, generations and reference media remain available for 90 days (with a warning email 7 days before deletion); free-tier content for 30 days.
