Billing is in video seconds per month. Every paid plan includes 1080p video without a watermark, at a high delivery bitrate and with EU AI Act labeling. Only each 3D view and Cinemura Premium are charged separately.
All prices are total prices including 19% German VAT (§ 1 PAngV). Because Cinemura addresses consumers and businesses alike, the net amount is shown alongside — each figure explicitly labeled. Yearly billing saves 20%.

A video costs as many seconds as it is long. The budget is spread freely across properties — the arithmetic is a division, and it is shown openly here.

Worked example, Business: 300 s ÷ 30 s = 10 videos, i.e. arithmetically €9.90 per video incl. VAT. Shorter videos yield more. The figure holds only with the budget fully used — generating less costs more per video. Unused seconds expire at the end of the month.
Resolution
Every paid video is enforced server-side at 1080p — even if an older client still requests 720p. A 10-second video consumes exactly 10 seconds from the budget.
The delivered file uses H.264 High Profile at a 12 Mbit/s target bitrate and up to 16 Mbit/s peak. The free trial remains 720p with a watermark. If the monthly budget is not enough, seconds can be bought in advance — see below.

Cinemura Standard is the default and carries every second included in a plan — available on all paid plans. Cinemura Premium is markedly more compute-intensive and is therefore available on the Pro plan only, with its own monthly pot that does not touch the regular budget.
If you switch models after uploading more photos than the chosen model handles, you are told — nothing is silently truncated. Important for format choice: 21:9 can only be rendered by Cinemura Premium — on plans without premium that format is unavailable.
3D views
No plan includes 3D views, not even Enterprise. One view costs one 3D credit, and credits are bought separately as a one-off payment. The seconds budget cannot be used for them — the two currencies stay separate.
Purchased credits have no term and never expire — not even when a subscription ends or is cancelled. If a reconstruction fails technically, the credit is refunded automatically.

Second packs
For months with more properties than usual — or for Full HD generations that need more seconds than the monthly budget still holds. Prepaid seconds are consumed only once the monthly budget is used up.
Purchased seconds never expire — unlike the monthly budget, which resets every billing month. Your account shows the two separately.

Fair-use ceiling
In addition to the seconds budget, each account has a monthly ceiling on compute cost. You are warned at 80% of the ceiling; once it is reached, no new generations are possible until the next billing month. Videos and 3D views already created are unaffected.
The ceilings sit deliberately above what a plan can arithmetically produce — in normal use you will not hit them. We still name them explicitly here, because a ceiling introduced only afterwards would not be effective.

For portals, franchises, and developers with special needs. There is no published price: seconds quota, term, and support are agreed individually, and booking runs through sales contact rather than self-checkout. The platform-wide maximum of 30 seconds per generation applies here too, and 3D views run on credits here as well.

Third-party prices exactly as the providers publish them; "net" appears where a provider explicitly states a price excluding VAT. Consumption order when both exist: the monthly budget first, then prepaid seconds. 3D credits are untouched by this — and failures cost neither seconds nor credits.

Yes. Plans can be cancelled monthly or yearly respectively and switched at any time. Details are governed by the Terms of Service; consumers additionally have the statutory right of withdrawal.
The monthly budget resets every billing month; unused seconds do not roll over. Seconds bought in advance from a second pack never expire and are consumed only once the monthly budget is used up. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
60 seconds for €19, 300 seconds for €79, 900 seconds for €199 — each including VAT, as a one-off payment. They suit months with more properties than usual when the monthly budget is exhausted.
A refinement is a new generation of the same video — same template as the base plus your own adjustment text — and costs the chosen number of seconds from your budget again.
