How Cinemura counts
- Seconds, not credits
- You pay for what you get: seconds of generated video. A 12-second video costs 12 seconds of budget.
- Deduction at start
- Seconds are reserved when a generation starts. If it fails, they are refunded automatically and in full.
- No rollover
- The budget resets every billing month; unused seconds expire.
- Refining = new generation
- A refinement costs the chosen number of seconds again — transparent, no fine print.

Pricing questions
Are prices shown gross or net?
All displayed prices include statutory VAT.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Yearly billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing — the discount is already included in the displayed yearly prices.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Plans can be cancelled monthly or yearly respectively and switched at any time. Details are governed by the Terms of Service; consumers additionally have the statutory right of withdrawal.
Do unused seconds expire?
Yes. The seconds budget resets every billing month; unused seconds do not roll over. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
What does a refinement cost?
A refinement is a new generation of the same video — same template as the base plus your own adjustment text — and costs the chosen number of seconds from your budget again.
Do 3D views count against my seconds budget?
No. 3D views have their own monthly quota per plan (Starter 3, Business 10, Pro 30) and consume no video seconds.
What do I get on the Enterprise plan?
Custom seconds and 3D quotas, volume pricing, and a personal contact — the platform-wide maximum of 30 seconds per generation applies. Enterprise is booked via sales contact, not self-checkout.
