You can request deletion of your account and associated data without the app installed. The fastest option is directly in the Cinemura app settings.

Send the prepared email from the address associated with your Cinemura account.

Confirm your identity
We securely confirm the request before deleting anything. Do not send passwords, media, or copies of identity documents by email.

Complete deletion
Your account, sessions, and content not subject to retention will be deleted. Statutory retention obligations, such as for invoices, still apply.
