What a property video really costs
For a single property video, German providers publish prices from roughly €18 to €4,700 — depending on whether an AI renders from existing photos or a crew arrives with a drone. Cinemura bills in seconds per month instead: €99 incl. VAT (€83.19 net) for 300 seconds.

Which four routes are there?
An on-site videographer, a drone operator, 360° hardware for walkthrough tours, and AI rendering from existing photos. The four routes deliver different results — a price comparison without that caveat would be misleading. The tables below give published prices with sources for each route.
- On-site videographer
- Real footage, editing, sound, an individual visual language. Needs an appointment, travel, and post-production time.
- Drone operator
- Aerial shots of the building and surroundings. Additionally needs a remote-pilot certificate, permits, and suitable weather.
- 360° hardware
- A walkthrough interior tour from a special camera. A different product from a video — and the only one that allows genuine interior walking.
- AI from your own photos
- Rendering from material that already exists. No appointment, no on-site effort — but no real shoot and no audio.
What do AI providers charge?
Between €18 for five images and €469 per video when billed individually; subscription models run from €44 to €189.99 a month with a fixed count of videos or listings. Cinemura is the only one billing in seconds rather than units — the comparison only becomes meaningful once you know your own video length.

Reduced to a unit price: 300 seconds ÷ 30 seconds = 10 videos, i.e. €9.90 per video incl. VAT. That figure holds only if the budget is actually used — making two videos a month costs proportionally more per video. Which is exactly why the arithmetic is shown here rather than in an ad line.
What does a classic shoot with a drone cost?
Published prices from German drone providers range from €549 for a standard video to €4,700 in the premium segment. The spread is real: it depends on property size, shoot duration, post-production, and usage rights, not on a uniform service.

A second set of sources (rislinger.de, aeriq.de, luftling.de, hiflypicture.de, skyzr.com) reports a wider range starting at around €300.
On top of quoted prices come items that appear on no price list: coordinating with owners and tenants, waiting for weather, travel, approval rounds. Drone flights may additionally require permits and a remote-pilot certificate depending on location and take-off mass — the provider's responsibility, but it extends lead time.
And walkthrough 360° tours?
That is its own product category with its own pricing: subscriptions from €69 to €189 a month by property count, or scan hardware billed per project. Cinemura is no substitute here — the 3D view is an exterior view, not an interior tour.

What exactly does Cinemura cost?
Four plans, billed in video seconds per month. Three things are explicitly not covered by a plan: 3D views (always from separate credits), Full HD (extra seconds on every plan), and Cinemura Premium (Pro only, with its own monthly pot).

Cinemura prices are total prices including 19% German VAT (§ 1 PAngV). Because Cinemura also addresses business customers, the net amount is shown alongside in brackets — each explicitly labeled.
- Never part of a plan
- No plan includes 3D views — not even Enterprise. They are paid exclusively from 3D credits.
- One view costs one credit
- Credits come as 1 for €9, 5 for €39, 20 for €129.
- Separate from the seconds budget
- Video seconds cannot be spent on 3D and vice versa. The two currencies stay strictly separate.
- No expiry
- Purchased credits have no term and never expire — not even when a subscription ends or is cancelled.
In addition to the budget, each account has a monthly compute-cost ceiling (warning at 80%, then no new generations until the next billing month). It sits above what a plan can arithmetically produce and is quantified up front on the pricing page. Prepaid seconds for peak months: 60 s for €19 incl. VAT (€15.97 net) · 300 s for €79 incl. VAT (€66.39 net) · 900 s for €199 incl. VAT (€167.23 net). They are consumed only after the monthly budget and never expire.
Where do these figures come from?
Every third-party price on this page was read from the provider's public price page on 2 September 2026; the source is shown in each row. Nothing is estimated, rounded, or filled in from memory. Providers without a published price appear in the table marked "no price recorded".

Is an AI video a substitute for a professional shoot?
Not everywhere. For a premium property with its own visual language, sound, and editing, a real shoot remains superior. The honest use case for AI video is the property that never got a video at all because the effort did not pay off.
Do the third-party prices include VAT?
It varies — which is why each row reproduces the figure exactly as the provider publishes it. Where a provider explicitly states a net price, it says “net”. Cinemura prices are total prices including VAT, with the net amount alongside.
Why does Cinemura bill in seconds instead of per video?
Because an 8-second reel clip and a 30-second listing video consume different amounts of compute. Seconds reflect that; a unit count would pretend the two are the same.
Does a failed generation still cost budget?
Technically failed generations are refunded automatically and in full. A successful generation you simply dislike does cost — a refinement counts as a new generation in budget terms.
