3D view from your own photos — exterior, not a walkthrough
From several photos taken around a building, Cinemura reconstructs an interactive, rotatable 3D model of the exterior. It is explicitly not a walkthrough 360° interior tour like Matterport or Ogulo: you rotate the house, you do not walk inside it. If you need an interior tour, you need a 360° camera and a different provider.

Is the 3D view a virtual tour?
No. A virtual tour, as the term is commonly used, is a walkthrough 360° interior tour: you click from room to room through captured panoramas. Cinemura's 3D view is an exterior model you can rotate and zoom. Both are called “3D” and are still not the same thing.

This table describes product categories, not a verdict. For the job of letting prospects walk interiors in advance, a 360° tour is the right tool, not Cinemura.
What the 3D view delivers
It shows a building from every photographed side in one rotatable object. That helps where a single photo cannot convey the architecture: corner plots, unusual volumes, awkward site layouts. It replaces neither an interior tour nor a survey.
- Prospects see the building from every accessible side without clicking through ten photos.
- Sides that were not photographed — shared walls, for instance — stay plain in the model. That is normal, not a defect.
- Even, overcast daylight produces the best models; hard shadows bake themselves in.
- Like every output, the 3D view is AI-generated content and is labeled under the EU AI Act (Art. 50).
What does a 3D view cost?
One view costs one 3D credit. Credits are bought separately: 1 for €9, and in the largest pack 20 for €129 — arithmetically €6.45 per view. 3D views are included in no plan.

Cinemura prices are total prices including 19% German VAT (§ 1 PAngV). Because Cinemura also addresses business customers, the net amount is shown alongside in brackets — each explicitly labeled.
- Never part of a plan
- No plan includes 3D views — not even Enterprise. They are paid exclusively from 3D credits.
- One view costs one credit
- Credits come as 1 for €9, 5 for €39, 20 for €129.
- Separate from the seconds budget
- Video seconds cannot be spent on 3D and vice versa. The two currencies stay strictly separate.
- No expiry
- Purchased credits have no term and never expire — not even when a subscription ends or is cancelled.
When a walkthrough tour is what you need
Then Cinemura is the wrong tool, and we would rather say so here than after a purchase. Providers in that category work with 360° cameras or scan hardware and bill by property count or per project.

The two are not mutually exclusive: a tour shows the interior, while a video and a 3D exterior view promote the property where the tour cannot reach — in the feed, in an ad, in a newsletter.
Which photos does a 3D view need?
A walk around the building at a roughly constant distance — ideally one photo every 30 to 45 degrees. Coverage matters more than count: the more angles, the more complete the model.
- Keep the distance constant; avoid jumping between close-ups and wide shots.
- Photograph every accessible side, including the unspectacular ones.
- An overcast sky beats bright sunshine.
- All photos from one session: same season, same vegetation, same parked cars — or better, none at all.

Can I walk through the flat with the 3D view?
No. The 3D view is an exterior model you can rotate and zoom. Walking through interiors is not possible with it — that requires a 360° tour from a provider specialised in them.
Are 3D views included in a plan?
No, in none of them — not even Enterprise. They are paid exclusively from separately purchased 3D credits, and the seconds budget cannot be used for them.
Do purchased 3D credits expire?
No. 3D credits are a one-off purchase with no term and never expire — not even when a subscription ends or is cancelled.
What happens if the reconstruction fails?
The credit is deducted at the start and automatically refunded on a technical failure.
Does the 3D view provide measurements or a floor plan?
No. It is a visual reconstruction from photos, not a survey. Measurements, floor areas, and plans still have to come from the property documents.
