For real-estate agents

A property video for every listing — without a shoot day

Cinemura turns the listing photos you already shoot into a cinematic video of 4 to 30 seconds. You are billed in seconds per month instead of per property — predictable across a whole portfolio, with no videographer, drone pilot, or second visit on site.

What does a property video cost for agents?

German providers publish prices between roughly €18 and €469 for a single property video; classic drone videos start at €549. Cinemura bills monthly instead: €99 incl. VAT (€83.19 net) includes 300 seconds — arithmetically 10 videos of 30 seconds.

The decisive difference is not the unit price but the billing model: paying per video means deciding at every property whether a video is worth it. A seconds budget flips the question — the budget exists, it gets allocated.

Pro€249 incl. VAT (€209.24 net)600 s30 s2× seconds

Cinemura prices are total prices including 19% German VAT (§ 1 PAngV). Because Cinemura also addresses business customers, the net amount is shown alongside in brackets — each explicitly labeled.

Worked example, Business: 300 seconds ÷ 30 seconds of length = 10 videos, i.e. arithmetically €9.90 per video incl. VAT. Shorter videos yield proportionally more: at 10 seconds it is 30.

The market prices cited are sourced and listed individually on the cost page. Cinemura claims no “up to X%” saving — that depends entirely on how many videos actually get made.

How is a listing video produced?

In three steps: upload the listing photos you already have, choose a camera-move template, set length and format. The result is one continuous, silent camera move. If something is off, you refine it with your own adjustment text — the chosen template stays the basis.

1. Upload reference photos
The photos from your listing are enough. Cinemura Standard handles up to 10 reference photos; Cinemura Premium on the Pro plan handles up to 30 — enough for a whole property gallery.
2. Choose a template
A first generation uses exactly one camera-move template (aerial approach, exterior orbit, interior glide, golden hour and more) — there is no free-text prompt at this step.
3. Length and format
4 to 30 seconds in 1-second steps, formats 16:9, 9:16, 1:1. 21:9 can only be rendered by Cinemura Premium and is therefore available on the Pro plan only.
Refining
Free text is allowed only here. A refinement is a full generation in budget terms and costs the chosen seconds again. Technically failed generations are refunded automatically and in full.

Does this scale across a whole portfolio?

The budget counts seconds, not properties. Pro includes 600 seconds per month — arithmetically 20 full-length videos or 60 short clips. Larger organisations use Enterprise via sales contact, with no published price.

  • The budget resets every billing month; unused seconds expire (no rollover).
  • If the monthly budget runs out, seconds can be bought in advance (60 s for €19, 300 s for €79, 900 s for €199). They are only consumed after the monthly budget and never expire.
  • Generations and reference media stay available indefinitely while the subscription runs, and for 90 days after it ends.
  • Yearly billing saves 20% compared with monthly billing.

One property, several channels

The same photos produce videos in 16:9, 9:16, 1:1: 16:9 for the listing and your own website, 9:16 for Reels and Stories, 1:1 for feed posts. 21:9 can only be rendered by Cinemura Premium and is therefore available on the Pro plan only. For portal listings, the portal's own rules apply.

This output is often called an “exposé video” or “video exposé”. It means the same thing: a short property video accompanying the listing.

What Cinemura does not do

Cinemura produces one silent take per generation, rendered in one piece. There is no music, no voice-over, and no stitching of several takes. The 3D view is an exterior view, not a walkthrough interior tour. If you need that, a 360° solution serves you better.

  • No audio: no music, no narration, no option for either.
  • No editor: one generation is exactly one continuous take.
  • No walkthrough 360° tour — details on the 3D page.
  • No substitute for good photos: blurry or dark references produce blurry, dark videos.

Every generated video and 3D view is AI-generated content and is labeled as such under the EU AI Act (Art. 50).

Do I need professional photos for Cinemura?

No, but good ones. Sharp daylight shots from several angles are enough — smartphone photos included. Your existing listing photos are usually exactly the right material.

How long does it take from photos to finished video?

Generation runs without an appointment and without waiting for a service provider. There is no shoot day, no travel, and no edit sign-off.

May I use the videos on portals and social media?

Yes. The videos are made from your own photos and you use them for the listing, portal ads, your own website, and social media. Whether a portal accepts video is the portal's decision.

What happens to my videos if I cancel?

Generations and reference media remain available for 90 days after the subscription ends; a warning email goes out 7 days before deletion.

Can I try Cinemura first?

Yes. Every registered account can generate one video of up to 10 seconds in 720p — free, watermarked, no payment details. Full HD is not part of the free trial.
