Cinemura supports passkeys as a modern, phishing-resistant sign-in — in addition to email and password. Your photos and videos belong to you, are processed in compliance with the GDPR, and can be exported or deleted at any time.

Signing in with passkeys
A passkey replaces the password with a cryptographic key pair on your device: you sign in via Face ID, Touch ID, or your device PIN. Passkeys cannot be reused, guessed, or phished — there is no password to steal.
- In the app, open Account → Security → Add passkey.
- Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device PIN.
- Done — from now on you sign in without a password. The passkey syncs across your devices via your keychain (e.g. iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager).

- Ownership
- Uploaded reference media and generated content remain your content. Cinemura uses them solely to provide the service.
- Deletion
- You can delete generations, reference media, and your entire account in the app at any time.
- Retention
- After a subscription ends, the documented periods apply (90 days, free tier 30 days) — with a warning email before deletion.
- Transparency
- Which processors are involved and on which legal basis is fully documented in the privacy policy.
AI labeling of your content
Every generation and 3D view is AI-generated content and is labeled as such under the EU AI Act (Art. 50) — in the metadata and with a notice on download and sharing. This protects you: anyone reviewing your listing sees transparently how the material was created.
